Website Visitors

Shopify purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how HOLOPUNK visitors use its website. Prices

All prices on our site are inclusive of VAT, in accordance with applicable law. If an order is to be sent to a delivery address outside the EU, VAT will be deducted on the payment page. Please note that if an order is shipped to a country outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply. You are responsible for the payment of such import duties and taxes.

Ordering

When we have received an order from you, we will send an electronic confirmation via email. When we have finished processing your order, you will receive confirmation of it.

Payment

We use secure card payments on our site. We accept most common option of payment; Visa and Master Card. Our website uses HTTPS and is SSL encrypted. At HOLOPUNK we do not handle any bank or credit card numbers ourselves.

Delivery

Our goal is to always deliver as quickly as possible. We offer free delivery worldwide. Delivery time depends on the product and country you reside in with a usal delivery time ranging from 7 to 24 days.

Please note that estimated delivery time is a calculation and the time may vary depending on external factors that HOLOPUNK cannot control.

Product information

HOLOPUNK reserves itself against possible products being sold out, any image or text errors presented on our website, such as errors in product description or technical specification, prices or price adjustments and faulty information about warehouse status for products.  We retain the right to correct any such errors and change or update information at any time. If a faulty price has been presented for a product you have ordered, we will contact you with the new information and await your confirmation before proceeding with the order. All images on this website should be viewed as illustrations. Such illustrations can’t be guaranteed to correspond to identical appearance. The quality of the images varies depending on the unit you are using.
