Where is my order?

TRACK YOUR ORDER:
1. Login to your Holopunk account.
2. Click Track My Shipment next to the order status.
3. If you don't see Track My Shipment, your order is still processing! If you paid with Paypal, your tracking is emailed to your Paypal email address within 24 hours of shipment.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER I JUST PLACED?

We're so sorry BB, we're not able to change or cancel orders after they are placed, they process too quickly!

If you change your mind and want to return the product or the product is damaged there's some rules to follow. You have 30 days to return the product in new condition with the package. If the product is damaged we need pictures of the product with a short description. The money is returned as store credit.

Do I have to pay anything to return my items?

Sorry to hear you didn't like it, you don't need to pay anything for a return but there are some rules. All returns are cashed back in store credit. — We are happy to accept returns on items that are in original condition within 30 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused and in same new condition as when receiving it. The product must as well be in its original packaging. If you want to do a return please contact us at contact@holopunk.com
